Financial Institutions Training Institute (FITI) is conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey, 2025, for the Bhutan Development Bank Limited (BDBL). For this, FITI will be recruiting 102 enumerators meeting the following eligibility criteria:

1. Minimum qualification of Class XII and Bachelor’s Degree, (Preference will be given to applicants who are the residents of the respective dzongkhags and gewogs).
2. The enumerators must possess a laptop/iPad/smartphone.
3. Registration shall be selected based on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. The enumerators will be recruited for a duration ranging from a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 10 days.
5. The enumerators will be paid a DSA of Nu. 1000 per day, and 500 as miscellaneous expenses
6. A voucher allowance will also be provided with Nu. 99 per.
7. The number of survey days will depend on the respective Dongkhag/Location (Refer to ToR).
8. The enumerators shall be able to commit to the entire duration.
