      Sonam Phuntsho is a highly accomplished executive, strategist, and educator with over 17 years of professional experience across organizational leadership, financial management, curriculum development, and human resources. He holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics with First Class Distinction from Gujarat University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from Samtse College of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics Major from North Bengal University, in addition to completing the prestigious Young Professional Leadership Program (YPLP-5) at RIGSS. Currently serving as the Company Secretary and Associate Director  at the Financial Institutions Training Institute (FITI)—where he also served as Interim CEO for 10 months—he brings a proven track record in strategic planning, corporate governance, and nationwide workforce development.

      Rohit Gazmer is a seasoned Associate Lecturer, Researcher, and Certified National Trainer with over 12 years of professional experience across ICT, business management, research, and corporate training. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from – University of Canberra, a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), and a Diploma in Networking from Bharathiar University, India. Currently based at the Financial Institutions Training Institute (FITI), he specializes in curriculum design, institutional research, national and international collaborations, and human resource capacity building.

        Mr. Subash Rai is an experienced finance and education professional with a strong background in commerce, teaching, and financial training. He holds an MBA, a B.Com, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and has worked as an accounts personnel, a teacher for nearly a decade, and currently serves as an Assistant Lecturer at the Financial Institutions Training Institute Ltd.
