Collaborative Leadership – An intervention for building leadership

The 3 Days training program on collaborative leadership was to sensitize participants to knowledge, attitudes and equip them with skills which would enable them to demonstrate leadership at workplace and manage teams effectively.

The program aimed at building attitudes and skills in the participants to effectively manage their teams, themselves and clients. The few core objectives are as follows:

  2. Enable participants to appreciate different personality styles
  3. Enhance participant’s emotional intelligence
  4. Improve communication skills of participants
  5. Enhance relationship management skills of participants
  6. Help participants manage their time better
  7. Enable participants demonstrate situational leadership
  8. Enable participants to manage performance
