Financial Institutions Training Institute Ltd. (FITI) successfully conducted a three-day training programme on โ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ (๐๐๐)” for National Housing Development Corporation Limited, Bhutan employees from 08 to 10 June 2026.
The programme was designed as a practical, application-driven learning intervention to strengthen participantsโ understanding of grievance systems and equip them with the knowledge and tools to design, implement, and manage a structured GRM framework. It covered the full grievance lifecycleโfrom intake to closureโwhile integrating governance principles with real-life HR, rental, and allotment scenarios relevant to NHDCLโs operations.
Through interactive sessions, roleplays, case studies, simulations, DIY exercises, and group discussions, participants explored key areas such as grievance intake, record maintenance, investigation, resolution, tracking mechanisms, monitoring, ethics, and implementation planning. The training also emphasized communication, conflict resolution, confidentiality, fairness, and accountability in handling sensitive cases.
By the end of the programme, participants were better prepared to support a transparent, consistent, and accountable grievance redress system aligned with organizational and public service expectations.
