Financial Institutions Training Institute Ltd. The programme was designed as a practical, application-driven learning intervention to strengthen participants’ understanding of grievance systems and equip them with the knowledge and tools to design, implement, and manage a structured GRM framework. It covered the full grievance lifecycleβ€”from intake to closureβ€”while integrating governance principles with real-life HR, rental, and allotment scenarios relevant to NHDCL’s operations.
Through interactive sessions, roleplays, case studies, simulations, DIY exercises, and group discussions, participants explored key areas such as grievance intake, record maintenance, investigation, resolution, tracking mechanisms, monitoring, ethics, and implementation planning. The training also emphasized communication, conflict resolution, confidentiality, fairness, and accountability in handling sensitive cases.
By the end of the programme, participants were better prepared to support a transparent, consistent, and accountable grievance redress system aligned with organizational and public service expectations.
