Financial Institutions Training Institute Ltd. (FITI) successfully conducted a five-day training programme on “𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝗜 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 & 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗜” for six participants from Druk PNB Bank Ltd and Bank of Bhutan from 25 May 2026 to 29 May 2026. The programme was designed to strengthen practical skills in Excel and Power BI for professionals who work with data. It aimed to help participants organize datasets, perform statistical analysis, clean and filter data, and develop effective visualizations to support informed decision-making.
Through the training, participants learned a key data analytics concepts, summary statistics, data import methods, data cleaning techniques, pivot tables, and data visualization tools. They also explored Power BI for creating tables, charts, KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
In addition, the programme included the application of AI used in smart office management, integrated with the Buddhist perspective of the Noble Eightfold Path, to promote mindful, ethical, and effective use of AI in professional settings.
