The Financial Institutions Training Institute Ltd. (FITI) successfully conducted two batches of the “๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐
๐ฐ๐ฒ๐น ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐” training programme for the officials ofย Bhutan Development Bank Limited (BDBL). The first batch was held from ๐๐โ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐, followed by the second batch from ๐ญ๐ดโ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, with a total of ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ completing the programme.
Over the three days, participants enhanced their knowledge and practical skills in data analytics, statistical analysis, data preparation, data validation, data visualization, and report and dashboard development using Microsoft Excel and Power BI. The programme provided hands-on exposure to importing, cleaning, analyzing, and presenting data to support informed business decision-making.
