Financial Institutions Training Institute (FITI) is conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey, 2026, for the Bhutan Development Bank Limited (BDBL). For this, FITI will be recruiting 113 enumerators meeting the following eligibility criteria:
- Minimum qualification of Class XII/Bachelor’s Degree, (Preference will be given to applicants who have experience and/or are the residents of the respective dzongkhags and gewogs)
- The enumerators must possess a laptop/iPad/smartphone for the survey
- Registration shall be selected based on a first-come, first-served basis UPON fulfilling the criteria
- The enumerators will be recruited for a duration ranging from a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 10 days based on Location (REFER TABLE 1.1)
- The enumerators will be paid a DSA of Nu. 1000 and 250 as miscellaneous expenses PER DAY (Nu. 1,250)
- One-Time Voucher Allowance will also be provided with Nu. 99 (Only Once)
- The number of survey days will depend on the respective Dzongkhag/Location (REFER TABLE 1.1 Attached).
- The enumerators shall be able to commit to the entire survey duration. 9. Any other expenses should be borne by the enumerator.

Interested applicants are kindly requested to register on or before 28 August 2026. The Survey will commence from first/second week of September 2026.
