The five-day 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 Programme for the Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited – RICB was successfully completed with the participation of 28 employees. The programme provided participants with practical knowledge and tools in coaching and performance management, principled negotiation, sustainable leadership, and strategic leadership in the AI era.
Through interactive discussions, practical exercises, simulations, and roleplays, participants strengthened their leadership capabilities and developed practical approaches to managing people, addressing workplace challenges, making sustainable decisions, and effectively leveraging AI in the workplace.

FITI also appreciates the contributions of all the facilitators and participants for their active engagement and commitment throughout the programme.
Overall, the programme provided a valuable platform for enhancing leadership effectiveness and equipping RICBL employees with practical skills to lead with greater confidence, adaptability, and accountability in an evolving work environment
