The Financial Institutions Training Institute (FITI) successfully conducted a four-day training programme on “Fundamentals of Banking Operations and Customer Service Excellence” for 23 participants from Bhutan Development Bank Limited from 11 May 2026 to 14 May 2026. The programme covered key areas including customer service excellence, communication skills, banking operations, transaction processing, account management, credit processing, regulatory compliance, risk management, treasury operations, FOREX, AML/CFT, and security features of currency notes.

The programme provided participants with practical knowledge and insights into banking operations and customer-focused service delivery through interactive sessions. The programme concluded successfully on 14 May 2026 with active participation and engagement from all participants.
