The 4-day training program on 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 was successfully concluded on 5th September 2024. The program was attended by 29 enthusiastic participants from Bhutan National Bank Limited, representing both the head office and various branches.

The participants received comprehensive training covering essential topics such as advanced customer handling techniques, effective communication skills, and key fundamentals of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT). Additionally, they were educated on the security features of currency, which are critical in safeguarding the bank’s operations.

This training aimed to enhance the participants’ customer service skills, enabling them to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the overall success of the bank.
